Is the free plan really free?+
Yes. Up to 10 members, unlimited projects, tickets, spaces and pages, dashboards, the wiki and 100 AI actions a month. No card needed and no time limit.
What counts as an AI action?+
One request to the assistant, or one AI write, AI plan or AI ordering. Reading, searching and everything you do by hand never counts.
Is my team's data kept separate from other teams?+
Yes. Every workspace's data is isolated by the database itself with row-level security, not just by the app, and every request is scoped to your workspace.
Where is my data stored?+
In South Africa, in Cape Town. That keeps Ruut fast for teams here and keeps your data close to home.
How do I bring my team in?+
Create a workspace, copy an invite link from Settings and share it. Anyone with the link can join with the role you chose until it expires or you revoke it.
